30 Days Free and Friendly Sizing Advice 

Not sure about your sizing? Don’t worry - we offer free, 30-day sizing help to get you setup on your pump, as long as you’ve confirmed your nipple size with us before your order is shipped. 

Returns (for pumps and other products) 

For any faulty pumps or other products, we will refund you or replace your product or provide you a voucher to spend on other products depending on your preference. Please send us an email at support@milkdroppumps.com with your order number and some info on what went wrong. We'll be in touch asap. Returns do not apply to sale products. 

Unfortunately for the pumps, because they're a personal medical device, we can't offer returns for change of mind or change of size once the product has been opened, so please take care to order the right size for you. You can purchase other sizes of breastshield flanges if you'd like to try different sizes. We can also send you different size cushions (free of charge) as part of our 30-day sizing period. Please contact us if you need any help at all. 

Pump or Cushion Damaged? Let us know.

If you see any damage to your cushion when you take it out of the packaging, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If you see any damage after using the cushion for 4-6 months, then you need to order a replacement cushion. 

Want to cancel your order?

If you order your pump and notify us within 4 hours that you want to cancel your order, we will arrange to cancel your order free of charge and your payment will be reversed! 

If you notify us after 4 hours, the products are typically already on their way to you, then you can return them to us and we'll refund you as soon as we receive them. They will need to be unopened (not just unused).

Send us an email at support@milkdroppumps.com to arrange the return. When we receive them back, we'll refund your purchase less the cost of postage and processing (usually about 10USD.

Remember, we can't refund you if you've opened the cushion or pump, so make sure to keep the packaging intact.
